We really love Mac & Cheese. It's the kind of rooftop-shouting, Barry White kinda love. And while our mac won't solve world peace, organize your closets or get you that next promotion - it will rock your world and tantalize your tastebuds. And if you are looking for the perfect way to say "I Love You", nothing does it like our Mac.
Our flavors are listed below - we use only the freshest ingredients we can get our hands on and source locally when possible. We know you'll taste the difference. Each Mac feeds 4 "solid" portions.
Here is the scoop:
On the month you order, you will receive your first delivery the following month. We ship via 2 day express mail the second Monday of each month. If this is a gift, please include the recipients email address in the "Special Instructions" field during checkout so we can send the shipping notifications.
We offer 1 month ($50), 3 month ($145), 6 month ($265), and 12 month ($500) club options. Those prices reflect the total cost, including FREE 2 day Express shipping.
Our Gourmet Flavors:
January: Fondue Mac & Cheese ~ Cold weather demands we kick it up a notch. And we have! A dreamy medley of Swiss, Gruyere, Raclette & Sharp White Cheddar with just a touch of other traditional fondue ingredients will warm you to your toes (and have you smiling all month long!).
February: Brie & Fig Mac & Cheese ~ Ooh la la! In honor of the month of love, we have made our mac all “fancy-pants”! Aged brie compliment sun-ripened figs to create a flavor that will make you sending us love letters.
March: Mediterranean Mac & Cheese ~ We all wish we were in the Mediterranean in March. So while we can’t cruise the Greek Isles, we can infuse our Mac w/ flavors to transport you there. Feta, kalamata olives, sun-dried tomato & pesto create a dish that will have your mouth begging for more!
April: Four Cheese Mac ~ We decided to get keep it "simple" this month and put the cheese back in Mac N Cheese. But of course we had to go a little crazy and combine four of our favorites! A perfect blend of parmesan, fresh mozzarella, ricotta, & VT cheddar combine together to delight your taste buds. A perfect accompanyment to your holiday dinners, this is the perfect treat to welcome spring!
May: Cajun Mac & Cheese ~ Warmer days are coming and it’s time to kick up the heat! Andouille sausage, pepper jack cheese, sweet onions and green pepper make this mac the perfect accompaniment to your first official BBQ’s of the summer!
June: Pancetta & Pea Mac & Cheese ~ Sometime it’s the simple combinations that make us the most happy. Sweet peas are paired with salty pancetta and a mixture of cheddar, Fontina and mozzarella to create a mac for all seasons.
July: All American Mac & Cheese ~ We’re flying our flag – our WI, CA & VT cheddar flag! A three cheese mac highlighting some of our nation’s finest! A perfect side for your outdoor grilling this month!
August: Caprese Mac ~ It’s tomato season! Taking a twist on the popular salad, our August mac is chock full of fresh flavors – basil, tomato, and the freshest mozzarella we could get our hands on. Summer in every bite.
September: Wild Mushroom Mac & Cheese ~ While we didn’t forage in the woods for our mushrooms, we do take great care in selecting the absolute best for this deliciously rustic mac. Savory herbs, spices and wild mushrooms compliment mozzarella, cheddar and swiss.
October: Pumpkin & Sage Mac & Cheese ~Trust us. This mac will have you singing our praises. A medley of three cheeses is combined with a hint of pureed pumpkin and savory sage.
November: Carbonara Mac & Cheese ~ Pancetta & garlic are married with white cheddar, ricotta & parm to create a mac so full of flavor you wish you had enough for dinner all month long!
December: Five Cheese Mac ~ The holidays are just a bit about indulgence, so we've taken it up a notch with our mac this month. Keeping it a "simple" cheese to pair well with your other holiday dishes, our five cheese mac includes a blend of fontina, blue, ricotta, parm & cheddar.
